Allow customers to subscribe to your email list when they opt-in to your program through a Cevoid widget.

Before you start: Activate the Klaviyo integration

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo

    1. Optional: Learn more about the Klaviyo integration in this article

  2. Click Enable

    1. You will be redirected to Klaviyo

  3. Select the correct Klaviyo account to connect

  4. Click Allow

Activate email marketing option in the program opt-in box

  1. Navigate to Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo

  2. Under General, activate Forward email marketing opt-in event to Klaviyo

  3. Under General > Profile sync behavior, select Create profile

  4. Navigate to Settings > Legal

  5. Open Program opt-in consent

  6. Under Marketing communication, Select Simple text or Checkbox

    1. The simple text option will sign up those who continue for email marketing in Klaviyo

    2. The Checkbox option is optional when before continuing

      1. Only those who check it will be signed up for marketing emails in Klaviyo

You can reward program members who sign up for your email marketing communication by activating the Klaviyo newsletter signup Loyalty Activity.
