How do I create my own workouts as an athlete?

Creating your own workouts is a breeze with 'Workout Builder' in the menu.

Create a new workout, or search through CHIPs workouts or ones you've already created.


When creating a workout, you can (links below for more description)

  • Name the workout

  • Create workout and scoring type

  • Optional leaderboard (if you share with your friends)

  • Create time domain and stimulus goal for workout (these will only display in heading and won't affect the workout, really they're just notes)

  • Optional Benchmark tag

  • Optional Challenge code

  • Number of score input

  • Fully customizable text block

  • Optional CHIP Code to share with friends

  • Add notes button

  • Add movements/videos button
