Creating your own workouts is a breeze with 'Workout Builder' in the menu.
Create a new workout, or search through CHIPs workouts or ones you've already created.
When creating a workout, you can (links below for more description)
Name the workout
Create workout and scoring type
Optional leaderboard (if you share with your friends)
Create time domain and stimulus goal for workout (these will only display in heading and won't affect the workout, really they're just notes)
Optional Benchmark tag
Optional Challenge code
Number of score input
Fully customizable text block
Optional CHIP Code to share with friends
Add notes button
Add movements/videos button
