Definitely. It comes down to what best fits your needs.
With whatever challenge you may be running:
A push-up challenge, nutrition challenge, lifting cycle challenge with progressive overload to keep track of progress, etc.... Here are a few steps to set-up a challenge:
Step 1) Workout Programs
In workout programs, you can build out a full schedule of days with certain tasks for the challenge.
If it's a workout, or lift, very easy to score the workout and add a challenge code to link scores for cumulative scoring.
If it's a nutrition challenge, you can add information about the day and give a "Freeform" score for them to type in results with notes for each day OR "none" if you don't want them to score anything.
Assign this workout program to your tracks for your clients (choose tracks accordingly).
Step 2) Create a unique track for the challenge
Don't forget, you have the ability to create unlimited tracks.
Create a specific track for the challenge. You can assign the track to specific membership groups OR individual clients (if it's a buy-in challenge, you can assign the challenge to just these clients).
Then, buildout the challenge in workout programs (if you haven't done so yet) and assign the program to this track.
You'll also have a private Chalk Talk channel for this challenge to go along with the private track.
Step 3) Create a first and last day goals "workout" to collect and track goals from the challenge
