1. Create a Track just for Challenges

Keep your challenge content organized by setting up a dedicated Track. This makes it easy to manage access and separate challenge activities from your regular programming.


2. Assign the Track to the right memberships

  • Add the Track to existing memberships you want included.

  • Or, create a special membership just for the challenge (free or paid) and let members “purchase” access.


3. Build your Challenge with Workout Programs

Use Workout Programs to design your challenge:

  • Assign workouts to the entire Track (Daily Workouts).

  • Or assign them directly to individual clients.
