SOP: Managing Sub-Accounts in the App
Objective
To create and manage sub-accounts for children or dependents under a parent's main account in order to streamline membership management and class reservations.
Key Steps
Adding a Sub-Account:
Go to the main account holder's profile.
Navigate to "Member Info" and select "Add New Sub-Account."
Enter the name of the child or dependent and click "Create."
Attaching a Membership:
Search for the newly added sub-account.
Attach a membership to the sub-account similar to how you would for an adult account.
Switching Between Accounts:
To switch between accounts, click on the name at the top and select the sub-account.
You can now reserve classes, sign waivers, and perform other actions on behalf of the sub-account.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that all information entered for the sub-account is accurate to avoid any confusion or errors in membership management.
Double-check the membership details attached to the sub-account to ensure they align with the intended plan.
Tips for Efficiency
Use the same card for multiple memberships under sub-accounts to simplify payment processes.
Encourage parents to use a single email address for all accounts to streamline login and communication processes.
Regularly review and update sub-account information to keep memberships current and accurate.
