SOP: Creating Recurring Classes in Chalk It Pro

Objective

To efficiently create recurring classes in Chalk It Pro, ensuring accurate scheduling and organization of coaching sessions.

Key Steps

  1. Access Class Setup Screen: Navigate to the class setup screen under the class scheduler area in the admin section.

  2. Create Recurring Class:

    • Click on the "Create Recurring Class" button.

    • Plan the coaching schedule in advance to determine the days, times, and coaches for each class.

    • Divide classes if multiple coaches are assigned to the same time slot.

  3. Set Up Class Details:

    • Select the appropriate track.

    • Assign a class name and color.

    • Define the class date, time, and duration.

    • Specify the repeat interval for weekly classes.

  4. Configure Class Limits and Options:

    • Set the class size limit.

    • Determine the reservation and cancellation cutoff times.

    • Choose additional options like waitlists, self-check-ins, and membership limit exclusions.

  5. Confirm and Create Classes:

    • Review all details for accuracy.

    • Create the classes for each coach and schedule accordingly.

  6. Modify or Cancel Classes:

    • To modify a class, click on the class in the calendar view and make necessary changes.

    • To cancel a class, click on the class in the calendar view, select the cancel button, and update.

  7. View and Manage Classes:

    • Use the calendar view to preview and confirm class schedules.

    • Undo cancellations or reset changes if needed.

    • Add single classes for specific dates as required.
