Chanced does not directly control the acceptance or rejection of purchases. The decision to block payments is made by our payment processor, Paysafe, based on various factors. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours and trying once again.

Unfortunately, Chanced does not have control over payment blocking decisions. However, we are here to support you in navigating the process and can provide you with some tips to avoid being blocked in the future.
