I Can't Link My Bank Account

If you're experiencing difficulties linking your bank account to Chanced in order to redeem your prize, here are some possible reasons:

  1. Online pseudo banks such as Cash App, Varo, Dave, Chime, etc., do not support ACH transactions.

  2. We can only send prize redemptions to personal bank accounts; business accounts are not supported.

  3. Your bank is not supported by our payment processor.

  4. For Instant Redemption, your card must be a VISA or Mastercard debit card you’ve previously used to purchase a Gold Coin package. (Prepaid cards are not eligible.)

If you have successfully connected your bank account and it is still not appearing on Chanced, please inform one of our live agents, and we will provide further assistance
