Reports and the monthly Bulletin
The wider Change Intelligence Report catalogue, its in-app previews, tenant-specific report sections and private podcasts are deferred beyond launch. Older beta draft pages do not establish a released report or an email subscription.
Monthly Top 5 is the curated monthly Bulletin sent through HubSpot. Its control is in Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre. New-account audience inclusion and actual received-email acceptance are still being verified.
Planned capabilities
Free and Plus are the launch plans. New organisations start Free, and an optional six-week Plus trial is requested separately. Plus costs US$800 per month per organisation on an annual contract, US$9,600 for the 12-month commitment, purchased by PO and invoice.
Business, multiple-tenant SaaS management, invitations and role management, administrator-created member Views, tenant report sections, podcasts and broader Planner/ITSM workflows are future work. Roadmap Explorer is a separate project.
Which ChangePilot product?
These guides focus on the SaaS beta at app.changepilot.cloud. Existing portal customers and Enterprise (ChangePilot On-Tenant) have separate experiences. The future public Roadmap Explorer is a separate planned surface; it is not a replacement for the signed-in portal. Do not assume account settings or tenant connections transfer between products.
