Live Sync

Individual brands can also have their charm data refreshed in real time. This occurs whenever in your CRM:

  1. A new company is created

  2. The “Website URL” property of an existing company is updated. Making a small change to this field (e.g. adding or removing the prefix “https://”) is an easy way to get the most recent charm data for a single brand.

Batch Sync

This is a once-weekly refresh of all companies in your CRM account that occurs every Saturday.

All companies with matching charm brands will have their charm properties updated with the latest values from the charm database.

Note: the “Website URL” property is not the same as the “Company domain name” property. The “Company domain name” property will not be used to look up charm brands.

Enterprise (Unlimited) only

Charm’s CRM integration has several options that can be configured by the user on the charm account page. These settings apply to both the Hubspot and Salesforce Integration.

  • Is Realtime: This enables the “Live” sync mode for the CRM integrations. When disabled, CRM companies and contacts will only be enriched during the once-weekly “Batch” sync

  • Max Contacts: A limit on the number of contacts to enrich in the CRM account, per-brand. Can be useful to prevent the integration from creating a large number of contacts.

  • Job Title Keywords: A comma separated list of job title keywords. Only contacts with a job title matching at least one of these keywords (case-insensitive) will be enriched by the integration.
