With the introduction of Selective Enrichment, users are now able to select specific lists that they want integrated with their CRMs so only the most relevant brands are being enriched. This will allow a more control and effective use of the account’s monthly credits.
As part of this release, a new look has been introduced in the Lists page:
If a CRM is connected to the account, a toggle with the corresponding CRM logo will be visible. In the below screenshot, this is what the list would look like if Salesforce integration was setup.
If this toggle is turned ON, then the brands in this list will have their Charm data enriched in the integrated CRM on a weekly basis.
If this toggle is turned OFF, there will not be any automated enrichment happening with these lists. To enrich Charm data for these brands in the integrated CRM, users will need to leverage push list to salesforce or hubspot (by selecting corresponding button in the dropdown menu), or live sync (by “Website URL” property of an existing company in the respective CRM).
Note: other actions buttons like rename, edit, list push will now be available as a dropdown menu on the far right as shown in the screenshot above.
The same changes are also made in the List detail page so users can easily control the selective enrichment toggle as they are making updates to the targeted lists.
FAQ:
What happens if I only have enough credits to enrich part of the selected lists?
To ensure a smooth processing of brand enrichment to CRMs (especially when handling large lists), enrichment are processed in batches and in the order of growth score from high to low for all brands among all lists. Options like max contacts per brand, and job titles filters will be applied as always. Enrichment will continue until it reaches a batch where there is not enough credits to process full batch and pause. This will ensure that customers will not be over debiting their accounts due to selective enrichment. The job will be paused until the following week when weekly update runs again.
