This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new ChatPRD account and getting started with the platform.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit ChatPRD.ai and click on the Sign Up button in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. You can sign up using:

    • Your email address

    • Google account

    • SSO (Enterprise Plans Only)

  3. After selecting your preferred sign-up method, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.

Setting Up Your Profile

After creating your account, you'll be guided through a profile setup process:

  1. Personal Information:

    • Enter your first and last name

    • Add your company name and website (optional)

    • Select your role from the dropdown menu

  2. Company Details:

    • Select your industry

    • Add a brief bio or let ChatPRD generate one for you based on your information

  3. Preferences:

    • Choose your default language

    • Select your preferred AI personality style

    • Set your feedback style preference

Subscription Options

ChatPRD offers different subscription tiers to meet your needs:

  1. Basic Plan:

    • Access to core chat functionality

    • Limited document templates

    • Basic export options

  2. Pro Plan:

    • All Basic features

    • Unlimited document templates

    • Integration with Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, and Slack

    • Advanced export options

  3. Team Plan:

    • All Pro features

    • Team collaboration features

    • Shared templates and projects

    • Team member management

Choose the plan that best fits your needs. You can always upgrade later as your requirements change.
