  • Go to your Profile settings.

  • Fill out basic information, including your company, role, and goals.

  • Configure your Preferences, such as your language, industry focus, and preferred communication style.

This information helps ChatPRD create documents that align with your context and needs.


2. Explore and Use Templates

Templates are the backbone of ChatPRD’s document creation capabilities. Here are some things you should know:

  • Predefined Templates: Access dozens of templates for PRDs, technical design documents, and more.

  • Custom Templates (Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans): Import templates as PDFs, paste text directly, or manually create templates.

  • Share Templates (Teams plan): Collaborate by sharing templates with your team. Assign a team lead to manage templates and keep them organized.


3. Set Up Integrations
