The Check Cherry account owner has enhanced scheduling enabled by default. To enable it for other users, go to Manage --> User Accounts and select the user you wish to enable appointment scheduling for.
There is a $5 per user, per month fee to enable enhanced scheduling for additional admin and staff accounts.
Once the enhanced scheduling feature is enabled, the user will have a scheduling link on their user page that can be used to schedule an appointment with that person.
Connect your Zoom account
Check Cherry can integrate with your Zoom account to automatically send Zoom invites when you schedule an appointment from your Check Cherry account. To enable it, click on your your name in the upper right corner, then Appointment Scheduling. Click on the Zoom integration on the right and follow the instructions to sign into your Zoom account and complete the integration. Once your Zoom account is integrated, you will be able to select Zoom as a location option when scheduling a meeting.
How do I create an appointment?
There are three ways to create an appointment in your Check Cherry account:
Click Create New in the upper right corner, then select appointment.
Copy your appointment scheduling link and send it to the person you need to meet with.
Copy the QR code link for your appointment scheduling link and send or show it to the person you need to meet with.
Where can I see my scheduled appointments?
To see scheduled appointments, go to Sales --> Appointments. Admins will see two tabs - All Appointments and My Appointments - simply click on the tab you wish to see appointments for, then click on an appointment for a more detailed view.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule an appointment, go to Sales --> Appointments and select the appointment you need to reschedule, then click Edit in the appointment details box.

Location (in-person, call or Zoom)
Location details
Brand the appointment is scheduled under
How do I cancel an appointment?
Just like bookings, appointments can be managed using the Manage Appointment button. Click Manage Appointment to cancel or permanently delete an appointment.
What else can I do with appointments?
Convert to a Lead or Proposal
Appointments can be converted to a Lead or a Proposal. Simply click on the Convert button and select what to convert it to. The appointment will be converted to a Lead or Proposal and you can find it under Sales --> Leads or Sales --> Proposals depending on what you converted it to.
Clicking the Convert button on an appointment allows you to convert the appointment to a Lead or Proposal.
Send messages
Click the Quick Send button to send automated messages; note that this will not prevent the automated message from sending when it's trigger event occurs.
Add Staff
You can add staff to an appointment by clicking the Actions button in the Staff Attendees section on the right in the detail view of the appointment.
