Integrating Appointments with Zoom

Linking your Zoom account with Check Cherry allows you to automatically create Zoom meetings when an appointment is scheduled.

How to link your Zoom account

While logged into Check Cherry, click on your name in the top right and choose "Appointment Scheduling".

Click the "Connect Zoom Account" button on the right:

Log in with your Zoom account and click "Allow" to the permissions prompt:

Your Zoom account is now connected.

Enabling Zoom in your Appointment Calendar Options

In order to automatically create Zoom meetings when a customer schedules an appointment with you, you'll need to enable Zoom as a meeting type.

Start by editing your calendar settings:

Under "Where will appointments take place?", make sure Zoom is selected:

Now when an invitee schedules an appointment with you, a Zoom meeting will be automatically generated and a link will be sent to the customer with the URL and instructions to join the meeting.

Disconnecting Zoom

If you decide you would like to disconnect your Zoom account from Check Cherry, simply click on your name in the top right and choose "Appointment Scheduling":

And click the "Disconnect" link next to the Zoom logo:

After you disconnect your Zoom account you will no longer see Zoom as a meeting option. Any previously created appointments will be unaffected.
