Appointment Calendars
The account owner automatically has access to the Appointments feature in Check Cherry. It can be enabled for other users from the User accounts page.
How do I give my staff permission to use the appointments feature?
To enable appointments for staff, go to Manage --> User Accounts. Click on the down arrow next to Show User for the individual you wish to enable appointments for, then select 'Enable Enhanced Scheduling'.
Once the feature is enabled for a staff member, they can access their appointment calendar by clicking their name in the upper right corner and selecting Appointment Scheduling.
A default calendar is included for every user with appointment scheduling enabled; to change the settings, click the Edit button or the settings gear.
How does the meeting scheduler work?
Simply configure your meeting calendar, then copy the scheduling link on the right side of the appointment calendar and share it to anyone you wish to schedule a meeting with.
To configure a meeting calendar, click Edit on the existing calendar, or click New
Scheduling Calendar.
Each calendar can be configured with the following settings:
Title - name of the calendar
Appointment length - 15 minute minimum, up to 12 hours
Minimum time between appointments - 15 minutes up to 1 hours
Minimum notice - how much advance notice is required?
Maximum days into future - How many days in advance can appointments be scheduled?
Prevent appointments during - assigned bookings or al bookings
Where will the appointment take place?
In person
Zoom (requires Zoom integration to be enabled)
Phone
Other
Invitation message
Confirmation message
Weekly appointment availability
Same as booking availability or
Configure each day of the week with the earliest start and latest end time
You can also get the scheduling link by going to Manage --> User Accounts and click Show User on the user's card whom you wish to get a scheduling link for.
