How can my staff connect to the Check Cherry Sales Calendar?

With a few clicks, your staff can see their assigned bookings on their personal calendars.

To connect their calendar, the staff person will need to log in to their personal Check Cherry account. From their staff dashboard, click the Subscribe to Calendar link.

From the subscribe page, choose what to sync (assigned bookings only, or bookings and time off) then click the copy button next to the url in step 2:

In Step 3 there are instructions for several different calendars; simply choose which calendar to subscribe to and follow the instructions.


Can my staff sync their calendar without logging in?

Your staff members do not need to log in to Check Cherry in order to sync their bookings to their personal calendar. An admin can copy the calendar subscription link for the staff and send it to them.

Go to Manage --> User Accounts and search for the staff person whose calendar you want to get a link for. Click the down arrow next to the Show User button and select the Impersonate option from the dropdown menu.

Impersonating the user will log you in as that user. From the staff user's dashboard, simply click the Subscribe to Calendar link, copy the URL and send it to the staff person.

You may also want to copy and send the instructions on how to subscribe using that calendar link.
