Clients

The Client on a booking is usually the person requesting the booking and the one responsible for payment. The first client listed is the one to whom the contract will go to to be signed. This is also who the invoice will be made out to, though you can change this info without changing the client.

Clients are users in your Check Cherry account who can log in and see/make changes to their booking(s). There are several actions you can take on a client account. On a booking, you can:

  1. Disable automated messages for this client

  2. Resend invitation to customer portal

  3. Hide pricing for this client

  4. Edit client details

  5. Reset password

  6. Impersonate this client

Impersonate a client to log in as them and see exactly what they can see.

Contacts

The Contacts on a booking do not have the ability to log in, although they can be included in emails and SMS messages generated through Check Cherry. The only action you can take on a Contact is disable automated messaging.
