How do you re-subscribe someone who unsubscribed?

If a client unsubscribed to your emails and you wish to re-subscribe them, you can quickly do so by editing their User account.

Re-subscribe a customer from the User's account

Go to Manage --> Users and search for the client's customer page.

  1. Click the down arrow next to the Actions button on the user page.

  2. Select Suppress Unsubscribe to re-subscribe the users email.

From the overview of the booking, click on the Actions button in the Client box, then select Suppress Unsubscribe
