Can I include dynamic values like client name?

You can include a few dynamic values in your contract by copy/pasting them from the box on the right. Note that you cannot create your own dynamic values by typing a term inside {{ }} inside the body of the contract - you can only use the values (we call them tokens) from the box on the right).

Can I have more than one contract?

Yes, you can! You can insert specific terms that will only appear when the package they are applied to is booked. You can also use this method to add additional contracts; simply create optional terms for each contract, then paste the tokens for each contract into the box for your terms. For a quick how-to, watch the video above and skip to 5:55.

To create terms that will only apply to a specific package, click Create optional section in the box on the right.

Type in a name and token, then write or paste in the contract language that you only want to use on specific packages. From the box on the right, click Edit and select the packages that these terms will apply to. When finished, click Save Changes at the bottom.

To use the optional terms, copy and paste the token into the contract where you want those terms to appear. When a package that has specific terms assigned to it is booked, those optional terms will show up in the contract.

What if I need two signatures on a contract?

If you need to counter-sign a contract, simply have your client sign first, then you can counter-sign the contract on that booking. To counter sign, go to the booking, click the Manage Booking button and select Edit Contract Terms. Then on the contract, click the Add Counter Signature button

Your signature will be added to the contract and immediately visible to the client if they view the contract page of the booking.

There are three ways to send the invoice to the client:

  1. Click the Quick Send button on the Overview page of the booking and select "Send Invoice to User"

  2. Click the PDF button on the invoice tab (will download the .pdf file) and send the file to the client.

  3. Send the client a link or QR code to view the invoice by clicking on the Invoice tab of the booking, copying the link at the bottom and sending it to the client. (Note that anyone with the link will be able to view the invoice)

Customize the terms on any open proposal or booking

To customize the terms on just one booking or proposal, go to Sales --> Bookings or Sales --> Proposals and click on the booking or proposal that you want to edit. Click the Manage Booking button, then click Edit Contract Terms. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
