How can I charge for extra time?

You can set up your pricing to charge for extra hours used on a booking for when the client is having fun and wants to keep the party going

To allow for extra hours on a package

Go to Manage --> Packages

  1. Click on the package you want to edit

  2. Select the Pricing & Scheduling tab

  3. In the Pricing section, set the radio button "Charge for extra hours?" to Yes

When set to charge for extra hours, you will be able to enter:

  • Hourly rate for additional hours

  • Number of hours include in the base price

  • Minimum and maximum hours allowed for a booking


You can also use an Add On

Go to Manage --> Add Ons

  1. Click New Add On

  2. Configure the pricing

  3. Configure the settings

If you're using an Add-On to add time to a booking, you will want to select the default pricing structure of Flat Rate, Per Unit or Per Hour, and select Yes on the question "Does this add on extend the booking length?"


To add extra time on a booking

  1. Go to the booking and click on the Invoice tab

  2. Select the 3 dots next to the package you want to add extra time to

  3. Choose Edit or Choose New Package

  4. Set the number of hours the client will be booked for
