Use availability rules to link items together
To create an availability rule, go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Availability and select Availability Rules in the left side.
In the availability rule, select the items that should be booked together. This links the objects so that when one is booked, so is everything else that is checked with it in the rule.
With an availability rule, when one checked item from the rule is booked, all other checked items in the same rule are also considered booked.
