Pricing & Scheduling
Scheduling Mode
There are 2 scheduling mode settings:
Date & Time
Date Only
Date & Time
Most common and for use when you have a rental less than 24 hours. Often a staff member will work the length of the booking.
Minimal
This mode is most common for event service providers. If a lead or prospect is unlikely to change their date based on your availability, this option allows for quick date selection.
Automatic Slots
This mode is great when both sides have flexility in scheduling. For example, a family photographer.
Predefined Slots
The most restrictive mode, this will allow you to set predetermined time slots for booking. For example, a venue might have a morning slot which is cheaper and an evening slot which is more expensive.
Date Only
Used for 24 hour or more rentals. Typically, this would be an equipment only rental unattended by staff.
Calendar Picker
Used mostly for equipment rental lasting over 8 hours. Usually a drop-off booking.

You can allow someone to book fewer hours by setting the minimum length to a number less than the number of hours included.
Taxable
If selected and a Tax Zone applies, tax will be calculated based on the price of the package and the location of the venue.
Depending on applicable tax laws it's possible to have packages which are taxable and others which are not taxable. Consult your accountant to determine which settings are right for your service.

If you allow clients to pay for more time, then you can enable this feature.
Hourly Rate - The amount per hour the customer will be charged.
