My client wants me to sign the contract too. Can I do that?

If you need to counter sign a contract with a client, you, as the business owner, may add your own signature after the client has signed, and provide the client with a contract that includes both your signature and theirs.

The best way to get a client's signature is through a Proposal

If you need to send a proposal to your client, and you've already created a booking for them, you can change it back to a proposal and send it to them. This allows the client to preview the booking, sign, accept your contract terms and pay without having to log in - no password required!

If you've created a booking, you can change the status easily

  1. Click the status button on the booking (Pale blue if it's Confirmed Awaiting Signature, Green if it's Confirmed)

  2. Change the status to Proposal (Date Reserved)

Once you've changed the booking to a Proposal, you can email it to the client using the Email button on the proposal. The client will then be able to view the proposal, sign and pay without logging in.
