How do I prevent a client from changing a finalized questionnaire?

You can prevent clients from making changes to their questionnaires before the event, or let them make changes up to a certain time before.

To prevent a client from making changes to a questionnaire they've already submitted:

Go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Availability --> Change Policy

  • Scroll down to the bottom selection under Confirmed Bookings and select the time frame you want; selecting 1 day means a client will be able to make changes to their submitted questionnaires 1 day before their scheduled event.
