To make changes to the Change Policy
Click Manage --> Business Settings --> Availability --> Change Policy
Choose which change policy you want to change:
Online Booking
Proposals
Confirmed Bookings
Questionnaires
For Online Booking, you can set:
How much lead time you need before a booking?
What is the furthest out you will accept a new booking?
For Proposals, you can set:
Are customers be able to add and remove add-ons before accepting a proposal? (this setting can be overridden on individual proposals)
Should customers be able to add and remove extras before accepting a proposal?
Should customers be able to choose their backdrop before accepting a proposal?
For Confirmed Bookings, you can set:
Allow customers to make changes to their confirmed bookings? (Y/N)
How long before a booking's start time can a customer change their booking?
How long before a bookings start time can a customer cancel their booking?
How long before a booking can customers unlock submitted questionnaires?
