How do I set blockout dates?

You can block out dates so that they can't be booked; useful for things like vacations. You can even customize the messages for each service.

To create a blockout date:

Go to Sales --> Calendar OR

Go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Availability --> Blockout Dates

  1. Click Add New

  2. Select Blockout Date

  3. Enter the Start and End time or

    1. Click the box to block off the entire day

  4. Type in a reason (will show on your calendar)

  5. Select the packages which will be unavailable on this date


How do I change or delete a blockout date?

Go to Sales --> Calendar and click on the blockout date you want to change or delete. Simply change the dates/times and click Save, or click the Delete link in the lower right corner to delete the date.

How do I write in a custom response for the times I'm unavailable?

  1. Go to Manage --> Booking Engine

  2. Click the Unavailable Notices tab

  3. Select the service that you want to write an unavailability notice for

  4. After you've written your unavailability notices, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

What if I already have a booking on a date that I want to block out?

If you create a blockout for a date and time that you already have a booking, the blockout date will not cancel the booking.
