To set the lead time needed before an event:
Go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Availability
Find the setting: How much lead time do you need before a booking?
Enter the amount of time needed, from 3 hours to 1 month
Click Save
This setting will not allow bookings with an event date that occurs within your lead time setting. For example, if you have the lead time set to 1 week, then customers will be unable to book an event with an event date that is less than 1 week away.
You can also set how far out you will accept new bookings:
The setting just below lead time will determine how far into the future you can accept new bookings - from no limit to 3 years
Find the setting: What is the furthest out you will accept a new booking?
Enter the time limit for how far into the future you will take a new booking
Click Save
