Can I limit how many of an add on a client can add to a booking?

Start by creating add ons

  1. Go to Manage --> Add ons

  2. Click New Add On or New Category, depending on what you need to do

If you're adding a new Add On

  1. Give it a name

  2. Write in a helpful description

  3. Assign the Add on to a Category

  4. Provide an enticing image

  5. Assign the Add On to the packages it can be booked with

  6. Determine how to charge for the Add On

    1. Flat Rate, Per Unit, or Per Hour

    2. Multiply by Package's Hours (set an hourly rate for the add on)

    3. Multiply by Package's Days (set a daily rate for the add on)

  7. Set the maximum number of this Add On that can be added to a booking

  8. Choose whether or not to add tax to this Add On (will only show up if you have a tax zone enabled)

If Multiply by Package Hours or Days is selected, Price will be multiplied by the booking length. This can be useful for extra staff or other services with price that vary based on the booking length.

Multiply price by number of units on packages with unit pricing enabled.
