Add documents for clients and/or staff

You can add documents to your CC account such as W9 forms or Proof of Insurance forms.

Manage your documents by going to your Profile --> Client Documents.

From there, you can add documents that your clients and staff can download in PDF format.

You can set each document to be visible to staff only, customers only, or both.


You can attach documents to Proposals and Bookings.

  1. From the proposal or booking, click the Attachments tab.

  2. Click Add new Attachment.

  3. Upload your file or link to a file.

  4. Assign permissions for who is allowed to see the file and click Save.
