When you link your Google Calendar account to Check Cherry, we receive permission from Google to read and write from your calendar. This allows Check Cherry to send any new bookings to your Google Calendar and to pull your other calendar events into Check Cherry.
From time to time Google will revoke our access to your Google account and will require you to log in again. This can happen for a number of reasons including:
The Google account password was changed
A user revoked access to Check Cherry from within your Google account
An extended period without any sync activity
As you connect your Google account with additional third-party services, Google will automatically revoke access to third-party services that were connected earlier.
Your account may have been configured by an admin of your workspace to have an expiration
And for other reasons at Google's discretion
When we detect that access to your account was revoked, we will send an email with instructions to reconnect. You can follow the instructions in the email, or visit Sales -> Calendar and click the "Subscribe to Calendar" link in the very bottom right.
Then click "Sign in With Google" to re-authenticate and begin syncing again.
Until you have re-authenticated your account Check Cherry will be unable to read or write to your Google Calendar.
