Text clients and prospects through your CC account using Twilio

To enable SMS on your Proposals and Bookings, go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Integrations and scroll down to the SMS with Twilio integration. Then just click the Manage Twilio Account button to connect your account.

Once properly enabled, this will allow you to send SMS messages to prospects and bookings directly from their proposal or booking page in your CC account.


Send a proposal or booking via SMS:

You can send a proposal, booking or email via SMS once the integration is complete. To send a proposal to the client for the first time, simply click on the Send via SMS button in the blue header on the proposal.

To send an SMS message for a confirmed booking, go to the Messages tab on the far right, then click New Text Message on the left:

Be aware that if you have different contact information set up in the Client and Contact sections, your new SMS message by default will go to all of them, so make sure you are only sending the SMS to the intended number.

In the example below, a message would be sent to both Test Testing and abctest.
