How do I enable Zoom or Google Meet for my appointments?

In order to automatically create Zoom meetings when a customer schedules an appointment with you, you'll need to enable Zoom as a meeting type.

Start by editing your calendar settings; click on your name --> Appointment Scheduling.

Under "Where will appointments take place?", make sure Zoom is selected:

Or, if you prefer to use Google Meet, select the box for Google Meet:

Appointment Scheduling

Now when an invitee schedules an appointment with you, a Zoom meeting will be automatically generated and a link will be sent to the customer with the URL and instructions to join the meeting.

Disconnecting Zoom

If you decide you would like to disconnect your Zoom account from Check Cherry, simply click on your name in the top right and choose "Appointment Scheduling":

And click the "Disconnect" link next to the Zoom logo:

After you disconnect your Zoom account you will no longer see Zoom as a meeting option. Any previously created appointments will be unaffected.
