Using the automated messages feature in your Check Cherry account, you and your staff can be automatically notified when a new event is booked. If you allow staff to request to work events, this is a great way to let them know a new event is available to work.
Go to Manage --> Automated Messages and select the New Automated Message button to start creating a customized email.
Using the Booking Created template, you can compose an email to your staff.
Be sure to set the recipients to "All Staff" to notify all your staff that a new event is available to work.
By default, automated emails will apply to all packages, but you can select specific packages to apply the message to.
Once your email is saved, it will become active and be sent out on all new bookings that meet its criteria. Note that it will not go out on any existing bookings or proposals.
