Automated email: Notify staff when they are assigned to an event

Your account has many helpful automated messages pre-built for you. Go to Manage --> Automated Messages to start editing your messages.

On the Automated Messages tab are messages that will automatically trigger based on conditions set in the template. There is a pre-made template to notify staff when they are assigned to an event.

Click Edit to customize your template; note that you cannot edit the trigger on automated message templates.


Assigning staff to unconfirmed (Proposal) bookings.

Once you have created a proposal, you have the option to assign staff even before the client has accepted the terms and conditions and paid.

If you assign staff to a booking before it is confirmed, the automated email notifying staff that they have been assigned to an event will not go out until the booking is confirmed.
