Easily manage your backdrops in the backdrop manager. Group them in different categories, set pricing, and assign them to specific packages.

Updated over a week ago

Backdrops in Check Cherry are managed separately to give you more control over their availability and pricing. To view your backdrops, click Manage --> Backdrops.

Categories

Backdrops are best managed by assigning them to categories. Doing so gives you the ability to provide more information about the backdrop, assign an entire group of backdrops to packages, manage availability and set a price.

Sub Header - Briefly provide more context to customer. E.g. Included with your package.

Double-Sided Backdrops

Set up your double-sided backdrops to ensure that they don't get over booked; with backdrop availability rules, you can make one side of a double-sided backdrop unavailable when the other side is booked.

To access this feature, go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Availability --> Availability Rules.

Make sure you have your backdrops set up in Check Cherry, then click Add New Rule. Give the rule a name that describes which 2 backdrops are in this rule (the client will not see this name), then enter the maximum number of this double-sided backdrop you have.

Availability rules are great for things like double-sided backdrops; the rules mean that when one item in the rule is booked, so are all the rest.
