To send a proposal to the client:
Click the Send Proposal button in the blue bar at the top of the proposal.
You will have an opportunity to customize the email before you send it.
You may add an attachment to the email.
You can schedule the email to send later by checking the box at the bottom.
OR
If you have a Twilio account and have integrated it with your CC account, you can send the proposal via SMS.
OR
You can send a link to view the proposal to anyone by clicking the Copy Link button at the bottom of the Overview page.
You can preview the proposal to see how the client will see it.
Admins on the account can see when and where it was viewed.
If you need to make changes to the proposal before you send it:
You can choose a different package or event date by clicking the Edit button to the right of the package on the proposal.
By choosing Edit or Choose New Package, you can:
Rename the event (give it a new title)
Change the description of the package
Choose a different package
Change the preview image for this proposal only
Choose a different date and/or start time
Change the number of hours the event will run
Change the price
Make the event taxable or non-taxable
Override the end time of the event
Change the status of a proposal
By clicking the Status bar (purple bar at the top right of the proposal), you can change the proposal and/or Postpone it, which will hide it from your list of active proposals.
Available statuses:
Proposal Date Open
Proposal Date Reserved
Confirmed Awaiting Signature
Confirmed
You can also permanently delete a proposal by clicking on the status bar

The Manage Booking button on a proposal has a dropdown menu with many options for managing your proposal:
Change Status
Edit Title
Edit Proposal Settings
Change payment methods available on this proposal only
Change the cover photo for this proposal only
Change the tax rate for this proposal
Allow the customer to add/remove add ons to this proposal
Allow the customer to choose a backdrop for this proposal
Allow the customer to choose the backdrop before accepting the proposal
Edit the contract for this proposal only
Adjust payments & balance (takes you to the invoice)
Adjust payment schedule
Change Due Date
Change Expiration Date
Override Deposit Amount
Reapply flex pricing
Add a new design template
Create an appointment for this client
Duplicate the proposal (including alternatives)
Quick Send
The Quick Send button allows you to send messages and manage automated messages about this booking.
Clients
The Actions button in the Clients box allows you to manage the client(s) on the booking.
Change/Remove Client accounts
Edit Client details
Send password reset
Resend invitation to client portal
Disable automated messages (for this client on this booking only)
Hide pricing (for this client on this booking only)
Impersonate client
Clients can be given access to the client portal, and can log in to manage the booking.
Contacts
The Actions button in the Contacts box allows you to manage the contact(s) on the booking.
Change/Remove Contact accounts
Disable automated messages (for this contact on this booking only
Contacts can not be given access to the client portal and can only receive and send messages regarding the booking.
Staff
The Actions button in the Staff box allows you to manage the staff on the booking.
Change/Remove staff on this booking
Add staff to this booking
Impersonate staff assigned to this booking
Referred by
If the client was referred to you by a customer or staff member, you can enter that person's name here to note who referred them.
Additional Information
If you have Extra Questions set up, you can capture that information in this section. To add extra questions, go to Manage --> Booking Engine, select Extra Questions and add your questions, then select "Only for lead forms or internal use".
Deliverables
The deliverables section allows you to include the link to the client's photo and/or video album, and send it out using message templates.
