Go to Manage --> Automated Messages --> System Templates
Your Check Cherry account has several automated email templates already set up for you to notify you of important activities on your account. One of these templates is the Design Selected email template. You'll find it in the System templates section of your automated messages. You can use the search bar to find it quickly by typing 'design approval'.
The Design approval request email will automatically be sent to the client on a booking once you have uploaded a new design template to a booking, informing them that there is artwork waiting for their review and approval.
