If you'd like, you can send a client a link to their photo gallery through their booking in Check Cherry. Simply click on the booking you'd like to send photos to, and scroll to the bottom; here you'll find the link to the Deliverables section:
In the Deliverables section, you can add a link to the photo gallery and/or video gallery:
Newer accounts will have the messages template for photo album already enabled.
To send the email to your client:
Click on the booking.
Click on the Quick Send button, and choose the template for sharing the photo album.
Customize the email if you like, then click Send Email.
Or you can click the down arrow next to the send button and personalize the email, add it to your review list to send later, or edit the template.
Create a message template for sending the photo album link:
Go to Manage --> Automated Messages and click Custom Templates.
There should be a template there for Send customer photo album link
Edit the email if you like, then click Save.
After the template is saved, you'll be able to select the email from the Quick Send list on a booking.
