Redemption vs collection vs retail

The three centre types and what each one does in the field.

Centres are the physical points where your campaign touches the ground. ChekIntel tracks three types, each with a different job.

THE THREE TYPES

• Redemption centre — where winners claim prizes. An agent validates the winner's redemption code before releasing the prize, and stock is reconciled against what was issued.

• Collection centre — where consumers submit physical items such as wrappers. Brand Ambassadors validate and register them, triggering the reward.

• Retail outlet — a participating store where scanning happens at the point of sale. No agent is assigned; the location is tracked for volume.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE

The Centers view lists every centre with its type, state, assigned agent, redemptions today and reconciliation status (Balanced, or a variance figure to investigate). Use it to spot a centre whose stock is drifting out of balance.
