WHAT IS TRACKED PER AGENCY
For each agency you can see its region, number of agents and centres, total validations and redemptions, fulfillment rate, fraud flags and commission earned (for example $4.2M). Drill in to see top agents with their centre, validation count, fulfilment rate and any flags.
SCOPED ACCESS
Agencies and agents get scoped logins — they only see the centres, agents and fulfilment they manage. Campaigns, budgets and billing stay hidden from them. You set this when you invite them, by assigning the Agency manager or Agent role in Settings.
COMMISSIONS
Commission accrues against validated, fulfilled activity, so fraud flags directly affect what an agency earns — aligning the field incentive with clean data.
