Integrations follow a capability model: ChekIntel orchestrates the campaign, and a provider fulfils each capability. WhatsApp, USSD, SMS, airtime, bank payout, mobile money, code printing and more are each a capability with one active provider and several alternatives.
TO SWAP
1. Open the capability in Integrations (for example Airtime & data).
2. Review the available providers and their notes — for instance Reloadly (multi-telco aggregator), Africastalking Airtime, or direct telco APIs for best rates.
3. Set the new provider as active.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Because the campaign talks to the capability, not the provider, swapping is non-disruptive — your rules, rewards and history are untouched. If one airtime aggregator has timeouts in a region, switch to another without re-authoring a single campaign.
