Integrations follow a capability model: ChekIntel orchestrates the campaign, and a provider fulfils each capability. WhatsApp, USSD, SMS, airtime, bank payout, mobile money, code printing and more are each a capability.

IT IS A CHAIN, NOT A CHOICE
A capability does not hold one provider — it holds an ordered chain. The first is the primary; the rest are fallbacks, tried in order when the one above fails. A chain of one is valid, but anything carrying traffic during a campaign peak deserves at least two, because telco APIs do go down.
TO SWAP
1. Open the capability in Integrations (for example Airtime & data).
2. Select the providers you want, in order. The first you pick becomes the primary and the others are numbered as fallbacks.
3. Fill in each provider's credentials, choose Sandbox or Production, and pick the markets it applies to.
4. Save.
Some capabilities are marked Managed by ChekIntel — they run on ChekIntel's own provider account and work with no setup at all.
GOING LIVE IS CHECKED
Switching a chain to Production is validated before it saves. Every provider in it must have a shipped live adapter — anything marked "coming soon" is rejected by name — and every credential field must be filled. A half-configured production channel that silently drops messages is worse than one that refuses to save.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Because the campaign talks to the capability, not the provider, swapping is non-disruptive — your rules, rewards and history are untouched. If one airtime aggregator has timeouts in a region, switch without re-authoring a single campaign.
