Team access is role-based. When you invite someone, the role you assign determines exactly what they can see and do — and field partners are deliberately boxed into their own data.
*Members and pending invitations, with role badges and status.*
THE ROLES
• Owner — everything, including Loyalty, Integrations and billing.
• Campaign Manager — create, edit, launch and pause campaigns; codes, draws, audiences, centres, agencies and reports. Read-only on fraud, analytics and settings.
• Analyst — read almost everything, plus create and edit audiences and reports. Changes nothing operational.
• Finance — approves payouts and manages the reward float; reads campaigns, fraud, analytics and submissions.
• Agency manager — scoped to their own agency's centres, agents and fulfilment only.
• Agent — no portal access; the mobile field tools only.
• Read-only — view without editing.
Three things surprise people. Approving a payout is Finance-only (plus owners) — a Campaign Manager can re-queue a failed payout but cannot sign off a held one. Loyalty & tiers and Integrations are owner-only, which is why they may be missing from a colleague's navigation. And actions your role lacks stay visible but disabled, with a tooltip naming who can, so a permissions gap never looks like a missing feature.
TO INVITE
1. In Settings → Team & roles, click Invite members.
2. Enter one or many email addresses, separated by commas or new lines, and choose the role for the whole batch.
3. Send. They get an email invitation, and access follows the role automatically.
FIELD AGENTS ARE NOT INVITED
Agents sign in with an SMS code sent to their phone. Add them under Centers & agents with a name and phone number — no email, no password, no invitation. Team invitations are for office staff.
