What is ChemCloud Connect?
ChemCloud Connect allows you to Connect with customers on the ChemCloud platform.
The objective of ChemCloud Connect is to help Account Managers build long lasting relationships with customers, with the assistance of digital tools. By reducing the admin of sales - getting calls like "where's my stuff" and giving out small quotes - we think we can help Account Managers build stronger more strategic relationships with their customers.
How does it work?
Customers can request products directly from their 'Connected' suppliers, and connect directly with their existing account managers:
✅ Searchable Shopfronts | Branded searchable, supplier shopfront available for customers to browse and make requests
✅ Buyer Profiles | Customer names visible in Supplier portal, along with request and purchase history
✅ Branded, Digital Quotes | Digital quote input (with pricing intel) to create a branded quote for customers
✅ Connections to Account Managers | Customers can connect directly with their existing Account Managers
Will orders still come to me?
Yes! If they are an existing customer you can set up a 'Direct Relationship' and customers will still place purchase orders with you.
