This tutorial outlines the process of adding documents to the Approved Materials section and enabling their automatic categorization by AI.
Step 1: Navigate to the Approved Materials section.
Step 2: Search for the desired material. For this example, we're using Propylene Glycol Industrial sourced from Glycols Distribution.
Step 3: Drag and drop the document to upload it. Select the document(s) to upload, and they will be sent to ChemCloud AI for analysis. The document type, date and valid to date will be detected automatically.
Step 4: If you want to review or edit the document data click 'Edit'. You can review the document and change any of the data.
