To successfully link your Aeroplan account to Chexy, the last name on both accounts must match exactly. This is the same last name you used to verify your identity when signing up for Chexy and cannot be changed on our end.
How to Fix This
If your names don't match, you'll need to update your last name on your Aeroplan account to match your Chexy account.
Visit aeroplan.com to request a name change
You'll be asked to upload proof of identification as part of the process
The name change typically takes approximately 2 weeks to be processed
Once the change is complete, try linking your accounts again.
