Don't worry — we will never contact your payee. This information is for internal records only and has no impact on your payment or how it's processed.
What If I Don't Have This Information?
We know that in many cases, you might not have your payee's details readily available — especially if they're a larger organization. That's completely okay! Here are a few quick tips to help you find what you need:
Check a recent bill or lease agreement
Search the company or payee name on Google
Visit the company's website
Use a general support phone number or email listed on their website
If a headquarters address isn't publicly available, you can use the address of the closest storefront, town hall, or municipal office
Please note: We are unable to accept PO boxes as addresses at this time.
