Please contact your payee directly to confirm their preferred Interac contact details.
Incorrect Interac information may result in delivery issues.
For Bill Pay or PAD
The email or phone number entered does not affect how the payment is processed.
For these payment types:
Contact details are collected for compliance purposes only
Payments are routed using banking network information, not the email field
If an email appears pre-filled and looks incorrect, you do not need to worry.
It does not impact delivery for Bill Pay or PAD payments.
