Why Is Reporting Limited to Equifax?
Credit reporting partnerships are established individually with each bureau.
At present:
Chexy has an active reporting integration with Equifax
We do not have a reporting agreement with TransUnion
Reporting to additional bureaus requires separate compliance, technical integration, and regulatory alignment.
Does This Affect My Credit Score?
Your reported rent payments will appear on your Equifax credit file.
However:
Lenders may pull from Equifax, TransUnion, or both
Credit score impacts may vary depending on which bureau a lender uses
Will Chexy Report to TransUnion in the Future?
We continuously evaluate opportunities to expand reporting.
If additional bureau reporting becomes available, we will update our Help Center accordingly.
