1. Sponsor
The Free Mortgage Mondays contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Chexy Technologies Inc. ("Chexy" or the "Sponsor"), Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 21, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest Period is divided into entry windows, each ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on the day before the applicable Draw Date (see Section 5). The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, add additional draw dates by amending these Rules.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
are legal residents of Canada, including Quebec;
have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence;
hold a Chexy account in good standing; and
hold a residential mortgage with a Canadian financial institution in their own name (or are a co-borrower on one).
The following persons are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising, promotional, and fulfillment agencies, together with members of their immediate families (parent, sibling, spouse, child) and persons with whom they are domiciled.
4. How to Enter
There are four ways to receive entries. All entries, regardless of method, are placed in a single entry pool.
(a) Existing mortgage payment. Entrants who have an active mortgage payment set up on Chexy as of the start of the Contest Period automatically receive one hundred (100) entries.
(b) New mortgage payment. Entrants who set up their first mortgage payment on Chexy during the Contest Period receive one hundred (100) entries. The payment must be submitted for activation during the Contest Period; the entry is credited at the time of setup, including while the payment is in pending activation status.
(c) Referrals. Entrants receive one hundred (100) additional entries for each friend they refer using their unique Chexy referral link who creates a Chexy account and sets up a mortgage payment during the Contest Period. There is no limit to the number of referral entries an entrant may earn. Referred friends must themselves meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3 to generate a referral entry, and a referred friend who sets up a mortgage payment also receives their own entry under Section 4(b). Referral entries are subject to the anti-fraud provisions in Section 8.
(d) No purchase necessary. To enter without setting up a mortgage payment or making any payment through Chexy, eligible individuals may send an email to feedback@chexy.co during the Contest Period, including their full name, email address, province or territory of residence, and a 50-word (minimum) original answer to “What have you done with the points or cashback you’ve collected by using Chexy?”. Each properly completed free entry submission receives one hundred (100) entries, the same as Sections 4(a) and 4(b). Limit one free entry submission per person per entry window. Free entries are placed in the same entry pool as all other entries and have an equal chance of winning.
Limit of one set of entries under each of 4(a), 4(b), and 4(d) per person per applicable period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void.
5. Draws
Random draws will take place at the Sponsor's offices in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET on the following dates (each a "Draw Date"):

Monday, September 21, 2026
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in the entry pool on each Draw Date. An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize during the Contest Period; entries belonging to a prior winner are removed from the pool for subsequent draws.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of each Draw Date. Entries are uncapped, so odds cannot be stated in advance.
6. Prize
There are two (2) prizes available to be won, one per Draw Date. Each prize consists of Chexy paying, on the winner's behalf, one (1) month of the winner's regular residential mortgage payments on a single residential mortgage, up to a maximum total value of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) CAD (the "Prize Cap").
The prize applies to one (1) mortgage only, even where it covers multiple payments. If the winner has more than one mortgage or mortgage payment set up on Chexy, the winner must designate the single mortgage to which the prize will apply during winner verification.
The number of mortgage payments covered depends on the winner's regular mortgage payment frequency on that mortgage, so that each prize corresponds to approximately one month of payments:

The prize will be fulfilled by Chexy making the covered mortgage payment(s) on the winner's behalf through the Chexy platform to the winner's mortgage lender, on or about the winner's regular scheduled payment date(s), beginning within 30 days of winner verification. The winner must maintain an active, verified mortgage payment on Chexy in order for the prize to be fulfilled.
If the total value of the covered payment(s) would exceed the Prize Cap, the prize is limited to the Prize Cap, and Chexy will cover payments (including a final partial payment, if applicable) only up to $10,000 CAD in aggregate. If the total value of the covered payment(s) is less than the Prize Cap, no cash or credit will be awarded for the difference.
The approximate retail value of each prize is up to a maximum of $10,000 CAD.
The prize covers the mortgage payment amount only. It does not cover property taxes, insurance, condo fees, penalties, arrears, or any other amount, and it does not modify the winner's obligations to their lender.
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable or convertible to cash except as provided above, and may not be substituted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (including a payment or credit of equivalent value) if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, including where the Sponsor cannot make a payment to the winner's lender through the Chexy platform.
The winner is solely responsible for any tax consequences of accepting the prize.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their Chexy account (or provided on their free entry form) within 2 business days of the applicable Draw Date. To be declared a winner, the potential winner must, within 5 business days of notification:
correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question;
sign and return the Sponsor's declaration and release form, confirming eligibility and compliance with these Rules, releasing the Sponsor and its affiliates from liability in connection with the Contest and the prize, and consenting to the announcement of their first name, last initial, and city of residence in Contest-related publicity without further compensation; and
provide documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Sponsor verifying their identity and their mortgage, including a recent mortgage statement showing the borrower name, regular payment amount, and payment frequency.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, fails the skill-testing question, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may disqualify them and select an alternate entrant from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Verification and Anti-Fraud
All entries and entrants are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and void any entries where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entrant has tampered with the entry process, created multiple or fictitious accounts, generated referral entries through fraudulent, automated, or self-referring means, used payment instruments or devices in a manner indicating abuse, or otherwise failed to comply with these Rules. Referral entries may be reviewed using velocity, device, and payment-instrument checks, and all winners are subject to manual verification before a prize is awarded. The Sponsor may suspend or terminate the referral entry method at any time if it detects material fraud.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest, or amend these Rules, at any time for any reason, including where fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunction, human error, or network failure affecting entry or the draws.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Rules and any Contest-related marketing material, these Rules govern.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. The Contest is open to residents of Quebec. These Rules are available in French at [URL], and in the event of any inconsistency the version in the language of the entrant's choice governs to the extent required by law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest is collected and used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest (including entry tracking, draws, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and fraud prevention) and as otherwise described in Chexy's Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to this collection and use. Winners' information may be shared with service providers strictly as needed to fulfill the prize.
11. Governing Law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where the laws of an entrant's province of residence mandatorily apply.
